Stewart Gill's Bio:
Stewart E. Gill is a highly analytical executive and Olympic level athlete with 20+ years of progressive leadership experience. He is an ethical leader with success developing and implementing operational solutions and strategic growth initiatives improving revenue growth, profitability, market penetration, and organizational sustainability. As a strategic thinker and decision maker, he possesses an innate ability to translate creative and innovative vision to formulate an operational plan to execute and achieve goals. He also thrives as an adaptable and collaborative communicator building relationships within all levels of the organization providing coaching and leadership in culturally diverse, fast-paced environments.
In 2017, Mr. Gill built Magna Carta Wealth applying the principles of physical fitness to financial fitness supporting athletes, entertainers, and high income earners to establish the correct team and plans to secure a financial legacy. He also conceptualized and led the development of the EVOLUTIONSapp building a mobile marketplace for financial fitness targeting Generation Y and Z providing educational financial resources. He directed the Minimal Viable Product (MVP) product launch and testing with 21 Engineering, Marketing, and Sales team members. Mr. Gill secured 50+ pre-draft athletes preparing individuals for the financial impact of being a professional athlete collaborating with teams, organizations, and leagues preparing and presenting financial education.
From 2008 to 2017, Mr. Gill progressed within EXOS (formerly Athletes Performance) serving in progressive leadership roles. He served as Vice President of International Business and Strategic Partnerships in Herzogenaurach, Germany managing 200+ team members driving organizational growth, scalability, and acquisition. He built and fostered relationships with Adidas in collaboration with global German headquarters. He championed the operations strategy and business development initiatives as Vice President of Business Development in Carlsbad, CA directing 60 team members within EXOS International and Education spanning Africa, Asia Pacific, Central / South America, Europe, and the Middle East. He also led the business development and operations for the EXOS International and Consumer Education divisions managing the budgeting, forecasting, and financial operations. Mr. Gill started his career Athletes Performance as a General Manager providing general operational and strategic support for Los Angeles, Dallas, and San Diego facilities. During his tenure EXOS / Athlete’s Performance grew from $5M in annual revenue to selling for $400M in 2018.
Prior to Athletes Performance, Mr. Gill increased the sales for The Home Depot located in Los Angeles, CA from $900K to $32M by implementing new sales strategies and reduced shrink from 1.39 to .87% via launch of year-round inventory preparation process. He founded The E.M.A., LLC and served as Co-President. Mr. Gill started his professional career as an Olympic Athlete at the United States Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, CO.
Mr. Gill was educated at Pepperdine University and holds a Master of Business Administration in addition to a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University. He serves as a Board Member of Magna Carta Wealth, Member of 6 Degrees Networking, Young Executive Board Member of the University Club, and Athlete’s Advisory Council Member for United States Olympic Committee, and Chair of the Finance Board of the Watts House Project. He also participates as a volunteer for Meals on Wheels and Kaboom.
